Surrounded by five hectares of olive groves and vineyards, situated in an elevated position, this enchanting property overlooks the surrounding countryside, offering a beautiful view of the hills in the distance. San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra, musts on every tourist itinerary, are less then 20 km far and within few minutes you can be in the ancient village of Montaione for shopping.

The area will make an excellent base for touring and for any kind of sports. Trekking, horsing, tennis, golf (Castelfalfi) are really within easy reach. You can relax in the very well kept garden with charming secluded sites, beside a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (6 x 12 m) and a comfortable Jacuzzi tub.

This old Tuscan Farmhouse, recently restored, is charmingly decorated with beautiful antique restored furniture, terracotta floor, beamed ceiling and frescos on the walls. The house can be divided into two large apartments with independent and private outsides. These two apartments have a communicating door in the living room and the house is therefore suitable for a larger extended family wishing to stay together. From the living room you get into the common laundry, garage and, through a communicating door, to the other apartment.
