Borgo Le Case is a little village composed of 10 apartments equipped with all comforts with a modern furniture. All apartments have a private outdoor area equipped with a big umbrella, table and chairs to stay in total relax outside. The village opened in 2008 after the place had been completely renovated.
Borgo Le Case is part of the estate “Le Terre del Verde” and is situated in the province of Perugia, between the communes of Gualdo Tadino and Valfabbrica, easily accessible and not far from places of historical cultural and landscape interest, that have contributed to make Umbria renown all over the world. “Le Terre del Verde” is a complex, which was originally built in the 11th Century. It has now been fully restored and is a new reference point for tourists to Umbria.
From the village Borgo Le Case you can also enjoy an incomparable view that embraces the valleys of Gubbio and Perugia. They are situated in the middle of the hill of the estate, at about 2 km from the main complex of Le Terre del Verde and, of course they are very simple to reach.
Available to the guests there are also the common room, the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, the soccer field, the outdoor pool and a barbecue area. It is an ideal place for families.
Le Terre del Verde: a perfect microcosm which is briefly: 550 hectares in size where hills, streams, valleys, wild woods which seem unexplored, areas dedicated to cultivation and animal farming, together create this amazing scenery. Le Terre del Verde offers an extraordinary variety of natural habitat: woods glades streams, equipped and other more remote and inaccessible areas, everything easy to visit thank to the 40 km of roads and footpaths on the estate.
The flag ship of the complex Le Terre del Verde is the restaurant "La Muccheria", that has also been carefully renovated. The intimate and welcoming dining room, which is on two levels, provides guests with the opportunity to taste the best traditional Umbrian dishes. These are prepared using organic home grown produce, products of excellence of the highest quality and absolutely traceable.
