Novigrad is a little town with plenty of character where you will find a maze of narrow streets intertwined with lovely squares and green parks. Cocktail and wine bars, terraces by the sea, excellent fish restaurants, a large marina in the centre of the bay, fishing boats bobbing in the little harbour, and sailing boats gliding across the sea in the in the distance: all these pleasures can be enjoyed from Cittanova. This property has fantastic location: very central but quiet and slightly away from the crowd. However best of all is that a man made beach is only 40 metres away from the house, so you can sunbathe and be close enough to fetch a cold drink from your property. In the evening, just a minute''s stroll takes you to the centre with boutiques, galleries, bars, restaurants and the main square where during the summer jazz concerts and art performances take place. The town abounds with excellent restaurants: famous ''Damir & Ornella'', always listed among the top 5 Croatian restaurants is near the main square, also central are excellent ''Mandrac'', ''Pepenero'', and ''Pizzeria Vecchio Mulino'' for lovers of true Italian style pizza. The famous town of Porec is 15 minutes drive away and the beautifull hilltop town of Groznjan is less than 30 minutes.

Cittanova is the first house in the row of typical Mediterranean terraced town houses. It is located right in the protected area of the old town centre, but with the great advantage of having a private parking place right behind the house. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining table and sofa bed; it is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a cloakroom with wc and washing machine. Spiral stairs lead to the first floor which has two double bedrooms and a shower room/wc. A beautiful living room with fireplace plus satellite TV, and a separate kitchenette is on the second floor. On this level is an outside roof covered terrace with table and chairs, and a view of the sea. Air conditioning on the top floor keeps the property cool.
