This huge, stone villa is in the most perfect setting; placed apart in a quiet surrounding countryside, this expansive house is immersed in a vast olive grove with the backdrop of Chianti Mountain. Large groups or families looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday will find perfect this beautiful spacious site.

Halfway between Siena and Arezzo, the small town of Ambra is 8 km far from the property. Just on the south-east border of the Chianti Classico area, the district is spanned by scattered hills, medieval castles, towns and villages. Siena is approximately a 30 minute drive and Florence can be reached within an hour.

A swimming pool of 6 x 12 metres is placed in front of the house (bath towels can be rented, € 2.50 per person).

The interiors are very stylish, stone arches, open fireplaces and big french windows leading to the garden and pool as well as attractive and comfortable furnishings. The villa has totally 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

The villa has seven double and one single bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom. A guesthouse with independent entrance has a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A very large living room with phone and satellite-tv is on the ground floor. A big fireplace makes evenings more homey and comfortable. The villa has also a billiard room with fireplace and piano bar.

The upper level has a luminous and airy dining room with arched windows. The room has 2 tables (one in marble, one in wood which can be also easily moved) where a large group of 17 can dine together. A spacious kitchen with a fireplace, large cooker, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. The laundry, available only for the guests of the villa, is placed out of the house but it has every comfort. 2 baby beds available (no extra charge) and 1 high chair.
