This beautiful residence is situated in the La Croix des Gardes quarter in Cannes-la-Bocca, 2 km from the centre of Cannes. Cannes is the most fashionable town of the French Riviera, surely best known for its international Film Festival, the many smart hotels as well as the long elegant promenade, La Croisette.
Villa Francia is beautifully situated in green sourroundings in a big parc full of Mediterranean trees and offers spectacular panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes. The residence consists of a large main building and a few smaller buildings. In front of the main building you will find a large semi-oval swimmingpool of 270 m2. with paddling pool and a sun terrace. The residence also offers another swimmingpool, situated further down in the parc. Villa Francia is particularly appropriate for young children with a playground, multisports field, place for young people with internet access, ping-pong tables, petanque area, tennis etc. In high season different activities are arranged for the children. On spot you will also find a restaurant, a bar, and a mini marked. The beach is only 800 m. away (paying shuttle service available).
The residence is classified with 3 stars but offers both 3 and 4 star apartments, the latter being renovated apartments. 1 bedroom apt., 4/5 pers., 28 m2.
The apartment, renewned in 2009/2010, offers. livingroom with kitchen area including 2 single sofa-beds, 1 with 1 pull-out bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate toilet, balcony or terrace.
NB! It is possible to be accommodated in an apartment with a swimming pool view with an extra charge payable on spot and subject to availability: 80 € during the summer season except July and August: 150 €. Please mention in the booking.
