Centrally located on the Côte d'Azur between Nice and Cannes and close to the Mediterranean Sea and the beach. Situated in quiet surroundings close to the woods and the river La Brague. Short distance to the charming village of Biot, Marineland and Antibes. 1 km from the apartment there is a new shopping center with supermarket, shops and restaurants.
The apartment is located on a small domain from 2004 which consists of 30 apartments and a large beautiful garden with shared pool area. The pool area, which has both a large pool and paddling pool, is situated just outside the apartments private garden. On the domain you also find a fitness room and a private garage.
