This recently restored villa is set on the top of an Appenine Hill on the border of Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The villa is comfortably divided into two large apartments each sleeping 8 persons.

The views are astunning in either direction, ranges of hills going on forever. Emilia Romagna is the region of good cooking: Tortellini, Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, Bolognese ragù, ravioli are all from this area. Tredozio itself, the small town at the foot of the hill, boasts a Michelin starred restaurant whose chef will come and cook for you on request. Tredozio also hosts concerts during the summer ranging from Jazz to Chamber music, and has tennis courts, shops and restaurants.

Ground floor: A large living room with a feature working fireplace looks out to the north and the east. Behind it are three double bedrooms with built-in closets and three bathrooms. Also overlooking the wooded hills of Tuscany is a dining room and a separate large, fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs is another double bedroom with its own bathroom. The facilities include gas-fired water and central heating, dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV. The pool (5x10 mt; depth; 1,20-1,90) is set in the lawn adjoining the house. Car parking is discreetly out of sight.

First floor: An eight person apartment. Large sitting room with beautiful open fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (each sleeping two people) and four bathrooms. There is also a small terrace where you can relax looking out at the spectacular 360° views. Before you enter the apartment on the first floor you walk into a large ground floor dining room with beautiful open fireplace and French doors which can be opened to take full advantage of the panoramic vista. You will also find in adjoining rooms a second kitchen (for convenient alfresco dining) and a large utility room with all amenities.

It is possible to have dinners prepared on request. Local products: honey, cheese, eggs, olive oil, vegetables, chickens, rabbits are grown and produced on the estate and can be purchased directly).
