Beautiful sea views over Les Issambres from townhouse located in a closed, secured area with 2 pools, 3 tennis courts, etc. Light traffic and only 2 km to the village of Les Issambres and its beaches with views to St Tropez. The village has a weekly market day, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and restaurants, etc. At the harbor you can rent boats of various sizes or you can take a trip to Saint-Tropez by boat with departs approx. every hour.

The holiday house is 50 m2. It is bright and nicely decorated. The house includes: living room with sofa and dining area with small well-equipped kitchen with exit to a large covered south-oriented terrace with gas grill. The ground floor also has a toilet, a bathroom and 1 bedroom with double bed and access to a small west-facing terrace with outdoor shower. On the 1st floor there is a large mezzanine with 2 single beds and room for a baby bed.

There is access to 2 pools - one with children's pool. These can only be used by the residents and therefore requires an electronic access key. Moreover there are 3 tennis courts, petanque courts, and playground.
