Pool villa in Seillans

The villa is situated 2 minutes car drive from Seillans. Seillans is in the heart of the Provence where the climate is mild all year round with around 300 days of sunshine annually and an average temperature from April to September of 26 degrees celcius. The area offers a wide range of activities for everyone: The beaches of the Cote d'Azur, fantastic unspoilt mountainous areas north of Seillans, numerous walks, nice cycling tours for differing abilities, canoeing on the Lake of St. Cassien and gliding in Fayence, the gliding centre of Europe. For golf we can recommend the golf course of 'Terreblanch', just 15 minutes drive from the house.

The property includes more than one hectare of land which consists of a forest of pine and oak trees (including the largest pine tree of the region) where you can freely walk and organize picnics. A large garden at the back of the house next to the swimming pool allows your children to play freely within view.

The villa is ideally suited for families with children as the set up of the house allows each party considerable privacy. The interior has been furnished tastefully and with comfort in mind and is centred around a spacious living room with 5 meter wide French windows leading to the sun terrace. The living room has an open fireplace, antique dining table and chairs, a comfortable couch and chairs and is further equipped with a TV (French channels and a number of English channels), video-player (tapes available), DVD-player, CD-player (CD's available) and a telephone (outgoing calls within France only). Large kitchen well equipped with. Five bedrooms offer accommodation for 11 guests: Two bedrooms with two double beds, two with two single beds and one with one single bed and one bunk bed. Babycot and babychair available. The bedrooms are adjoined by three large bathrooms, 2 with baths and one with a shower.
