Holiday home in Claviers

Village house situated in the heart of the old quarter, of the small village Claviers, with beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding green hills. The house is located in a small passage, which can not de reach by car. In the nearby town of Bargemon there is access to a public swimming pool in July and August. The house has a large roof terrace of 18 m2 with garden furniture. The house has steep staircases and is therefore not suitable for children and walking-disabled people.

The holiday home is in 3 levels and includes: ground-floor with entrance, bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to 1st floor where there is a kitchen with dining table for 4 people. On the 2nd floor there is a sitting room with TV and a small adjoining room with a double sofa bed. A few more steps up, is a double bedroom. A ladder leads up to an open loft with a single bed upstairs bedroom. A staircase gives access to the roof terrace from the living-room.
