Villa Marta is a four star house, with one 2-floor apartment situated on the third and fourth floor of the house and two en suite bedrooms.

Completely refurbished from top to bottom this year, this three bedroom house is entered at the first floor where the first bedroom with en suite bathroom is. On the second floor is other bedroom with en suite bathroom and on the third and fourth floor is an apartment with bedroom with en suite bathroom on the third floor and open-plan kitchen/dining area with sofa bed that can accommodate additional 2 persons on the fourth floor. This house has a unique feature: via a door from the living area you can enter the terrace and walk along the northern wall of the Diocletian's Palace with glorious views over the rooftops of Split.The terrace is shared with two other properties.
