It offers great panoramic views over the Bay of Villefranche, famous as one of the most beautiful natural harbours on the French Riviera. Villefranche-sur-Mer is a charming seaside resort with colourful facades, one of the most exclusive spots on the Côte-d'Azur. The port, the citadelle, the old town, and the gentle curve of the coast all contribute to the beauty of the village which dates back to 130 BC. The residence is situated just above the magnificent peninsula of Cap Ferrat, a favorite holiday destination amongst European aristocracy and international millionaires. In order to appreciate Cap Ferrat you can visit on foot by taking the coastal path.

"L'Ange Gardien", refurbished in the summer 2008, is situated in the heart of a beautiful garden of palm trees and flower beds. The residence consists of two 3-storey buildings and offers a nice pool area with wonderful views. The beach, which is 300 m away, is directly accessible on foot, with no roads to cross. There are tennis courts close to the residence. There are also easy links with Nice, Menton, Monaco and Ventimiglia by the RCA bus line (the bus stop is 100 m. away) or train (the station is 1.5 km away).
