Fantastic and well kept stone villa in Callian. 270m2 of living on a 3.000m2 plot. Original villa was constructed around 1900. In 1994 the villa was enlarged. The owners have had the villa since 2000 and the former owner has only moved across the street.
A total of 5 bedrooms all with bath facilities. Master bedroom on the top floor with access to its own solarium/roof terrace of a large scale. There is plenty of space if you have guests living in the house. Everything is constructed with high quality materials. The house is heated with oil burner but also has climate.
The large living room has a very nice fireplace. You have a winter garden and a music/library room. Dining room next to the kitchen which contains all modern facilities. Kitchen has doors that gives access to two different terraces.
The terrace on the poolside is partly covered. The pool is a 12X6 mosaic, heated, saltwater and can be covered. You do not need to worry about jumping in with head first - its 2,40m in the deep end.
Large pool house with the possibility for guests staying overnight. Large garden with Mediterranean plants - large green lawns all build in terrace-levels. Also a petanque-field.
The villa has all modern facilities like satellite dish for Danish, French and English channels - broadband connection, wine cellar and a central vacuum cleaner system.
