Situated at the Medieval village Gattières with a splendid panoramic view over the area. Traditional Provencal villa from 1993 situated on a ground 320 m over the sea. The villa is situated at the end of a blind alley. Lovely pool area. Calm and undisturbed garden with old olive trees. From the poolarea there is a splendid view to the Medieval village Gattieres, the hills on the est-side of the river Var and the Mediterranean (only if clear sky). Large partly covered terrace. Closed garage with space for 1 car. The villa contains: Large living room/ dining room with fireplace and exit to the terrace. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms/toilets, separate 1-roomed apartment with double bed, bathroom with shower and small kitchen.
From November to March the villa can only be rented for minimum 4 weeks periods.
